RATES
General Rates
As there are various factors that can affect an operatives pay rate, and subsequently the charge rate, we prefer to deal with each vacancy in it’s own right. Location, time of the year, duration, hours available and scope of work are all factors that we have to take in to consideration.
Annual Rates
We are aware that some companies like to be supplied with a fixed list of annual rates as it allows them to calculate potential spend over the year. We are happy to do so when asked but this is generally accompanied with an agreed mark up in the event we need to deviate from the rates supplied due to a supply/demand gap for reasons mentioned above.
