Roles Description

·         To fully understand the customer contractual requirements.

·         To ensure the designated contracts are run in a way that  maximises company profit, whilst satisfying the customer requirements.

·         Raise sales production orders within an agreed timescale.

·         Contract review orders received and sales raised, in line with the set procedures.

·         To control and administrate customer orders/schedules.

·         To liaise with Supply Chain regarding material requirements ensuring the customer’s needs are satisfactorily met.

·         To liaise with various internal departments.

·         Run and act upon various stock & customer reports.

·         To pro-actively monitor and progress all outstanding orders and provide the customer with the relevant information on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.

·         Continually monitor all aspects of performance against each contract/SLA terms.

·         Identify opportunities for contract growth.

·         Make miscellaneous quotations for items outside of the designated contract, as and when required.

·         Attend regular customer reviews.

Main Accountabilities 

·         Maintain a high level of performance in the areas of quality and non-conformance

·         Ensure material is delivered within any agreed SLA terms.

·         Ensure contracts are handled in a way that maximises profitability, without affecting agreed performance levels

·         Monitor the performance of both the company  and the customer.

·         Work within agreed timescales

Essential

·         Experience within a similar role.

·         P.C. literate with a knowledge of Windows based applications.

·         Good communication skills.

·         Desire to succeed.

·         Good standard of education.
