Our client is an award winning contractor working in all major sectors including retail, residential, commercial, leisure, travel, civil and infrastructure, hotels and education.

We are currently interviewing for a Senior Project Manager who will be tasked with managing an upcoming 'multi-use' project in Central London circa £80 million.

Must be able to demonstrate experience of previously and successfully managing similar sized projects.

Overview of responsibilities:

Management and implementation of the following:

Company image

Health, Safety and Environmental

Sub contract packages

Quality and delivery within budget and programme

Client Liaison and reporting

Planning and design

Site team

Company procedures

Value Engineering / Risk Management

Business Development

Specific duties, but not limited to:

Produce construction and Target programme

Set up Construction phase, H&S file

Produce programme / reports

Communicate with senior management

Lead and motivate site team and develop staff

Manage design team and ensure flow of information is effectively co-ordinated

Oversee commercial team / issues and achieve budget targets

Comply with company procedures

Reporting into:

Divisional Director

Direct reports & other working relationships:

Site Managers, Engineers & other production team members

Project Q.S’s and other site based commercial team members

Client and design team

Hours (overtime / weekends):

8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and to suit site requirements

Training Offered:

According to personal needs and relevancy, (SMSTS, Temporary works, asbestos, Appointed persons, 1st Aid etc)

Qualifications:

Evidence of professional training (e.g. Degree, HNC / HND minimum)

Experience / Knowledge:

Minimum of 5 years in project management role managing similar sized projects.
