Details: The Key responsibilities in this position will include but are not limited to the following:

-Delivering financial goals and objectives as set by the business management team
-Directing and coordinating the activities of Supervisors and their Operations Team to ensure delivery of a high quality service.
-Supporting and working closely with the Account Manager to develop the account and increase client satisfaction with a partnership working environment.

Applicants should have knowledge or experience of the following:

-Five years experience in a Contract Manager/Customer Relations related role
-Proven ability to analyse and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports
-Customer care and satisfaction skills
-Industry experience with either M&E disciplines.
-Experience of working within a clients own premises
-Understanding of service level agreements, service targets and objectives.
-Able to demonstrate excellent leadership and management qualities.
